Your Role - What Awaits You
As a pivotal contributor, you will play a crucial role in the success of various initiatives, assisting project leaders in daily operations while formulating actionable recommendations. You will oversee, manage, and monitor projects from inception through to realization and post-evaluation, providing advisory support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and managing both traditional and agile projects utilizing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Structuring projects from initiation through milestone planning to effort and timeline management during project phases.
- Creating and organizing project management-related documentation, as well as managing information flow and reporting.
- Monitoring progress, including reporting, and conducting cost-benefit analyses and ad-hoc evaluations for projects and management.
- Identifying and continuously updating project-related risks and dependencies.
- Facilitating project meetings, steering committees, and management escalations, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
Your Skills - What You Bring
- A completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial experience in the financial or banking sector, along with practical exposure in PMO or project management environments.
- At least one year of experience in IT-related projects within banks, with knowledge in business analysis, development of functional and IT concepts, or testing and test management.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite (including MS Access, MS Project, and MS SharePoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
