About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer C++ to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing platform-independent functionalities for our client and services using the latest standards of C++.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions using C++
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain robust, reliable, and secure software systems
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in C++ and related technologies
  • Act as a technical advisor to product owners, providing expertise on feasibility studies and time estimates for new functionality

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ (C++ 14 or above) and design patterns
  • Experience in parallel programming, distributed systems, security, SQL, CQL, or network communication is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus)
