Position: Lead Architectural Designer / Project Manager for High-Scale and Industrial Development (m/f/d) with an emphasis on Planning Phases LP1-5

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for passionate professionals to join our Architectural Design Team, focusing on innovative projects in high-scale and industrial development.
This role is situated within our global Places sector. Collaborating with clients worldwide, we aim to create, enhance, and optimize intelligent, secure, and sustainable environments where individuals can live, work, learn, and flourish. The design of these spaces significantly influences the quality of life for individuals and communities, whether they pertain to residential areas, commercial enterprises, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, or research and distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in compelling national and international planning initiatives in high-scale and industrial development, particularly in HOAI performance phases 1-5 Object Planning
- Overseeing and coordinating the design workflow
- Facilitating effective communication with both the team and clients
- Ensuring design outcomes align with client expectations
- Coordinating interdisciplinary efforts among various planning sectors and their interfaces
- Establishing milestones within the design process and tracking progress in close partnership with the Project Manager
- Upholding our stringent quality standards, including quality management protocols
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing./Master/Bachelor) in Architecture/Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Object Planning LP 1-5 for medium to large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with building regulations, workplace standards, and general technical specifications
- Proficiency in BIM methodology and experience with Autodesk REVIT software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and goal-oriented while maintaining high-quality standards, alongside strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in German and ideally competent in English
