Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH
Job Description:
- Support specialists in completing steps of pre-assembled components in the manufacturing process of a sonar sensor and its peripheral connections.
- Handle hazardous substances according to regulations in specific areas with assistance.
- Apply casting techniques in specific areas with assistance.
- Operate and feed equipment.
- Solder and crimp in specific areas with assistance.
- Utilize joining methods in specific areas with assistance.
- Perform simple assembly tasks in specific areas with assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the handling and processing of hazardous materials in accordance with established safety protocols.
- Apply casting techniques to produce high-quality components.
- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform soldering and crimping tasks to assemble components.
- Utilize various joining methods to assemble parts.
- Contribute to the assembly of complex components.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in a technical field or completion of vocational training in a technical field (e.g. electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrician, plastics technician, dental technician, etc.).
- Ability to read, understand, and apply manufacturing documents.
- Understanding of manufacturing sequences and processes.
- Capacity to learn and utilize department-specific and cross-sectional software tools.
- Openness to new production technologies and methodologies.
- Strong teamwork and commitment to work.
