Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning: Preparation of planning documents, coordination, advice, and support for the specialist departments in the preparation of financial and process plan figures, as well as analysis of submitted planning documents.
  • Reporting: Preparation and distribution of reports and key figures, including deviation analyses, to support the specialist departments in process control and target achievement.
  • Development of Controlling Tools: Continuous adaptation of controlling tools in coordination with management and specialist departments to ensure effective process monitoring.
  • Calculations and Profitability Analyses: Conducting ad-hoc analyses and supporting economic evaluations of various topics to aid decision-making processes.
  • Project Controlling: Providing controlling support for individual projects to optimize overall business results.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the automotive or after-sales industry.
  • Strong ERP knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with reporting and controlling tools, particularly BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and flexible with strong communication skills.
  • High commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, specializing in the dismantling of end-of-life vehicles and the sale of reusable parts.

  • Collective Agreement: Automotive trade, classification K5
  • Working Hours: Full-time
  • Position Type: Initially subject to a time limit, with extension desired.
