Job Title: Flight Engine Tester

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Preparation of Engines for Testing**: Install engines in test adapters and test cells, ensuring all necessary components are in place.
  • **Conducting Engine Tests**: Perform tests according to specified procedures, monitoring engine performance and identifying any deviations.
  • **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**: Troubleshoot issues during testing, following manual or engineering instructions to resolve problems.
  • **Documentation and Reporting**: Document test results, sign test certificates, and create corresponding documentation.
  • **Shipping and Packaging**: Package engines after testing, ensuring they are ready for shipping and inspection.
  • **Test Stand Maintenance**: Verify and maintain test stand systems according to operational regulations.
  • **Special Projects**: Participate in projects to improve test stands and testing processes, contributing to the advancement of our testing capabilities.
