Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Tchibo GmbH in Rendsburg. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging shopping experience.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including coffee and non-food products, and be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks attractive and inviting.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a coffee or food-related environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
