Your Role:

  • Engage with customers and their pets, sharing your enthusiasm for our offerings
  • Inspire both pets and their owners through your friendly and engaging communication
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving and dispatching goods, along with order fulfillment
  • Maintain a proactive approach: highlight current promotions while ensuring smooth payment transactions
  • Ensure that our store is always well-organized and visually appealing, as presentation matters
