Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung gezielter Verkaufsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung in unseren Hotels in verschiedenen Regionen.
  • Aktive Akquise neuer Kunden in den Bereichen Unternehmensgeschäfte, MICE und Freizeit, um unseren Kundenstamm zu erweitern.
  • Betreuung und Pflege von Schlüsselkunden sowie Bestandskunden zur Stärkung langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Durchführung von Hotelbesichtigungen und aktiver Verkauf am Telefon.
  • Teilnahme an Roadshows, Verkaufsreisen und Messen zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Präsentation der HRG Hotels.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktivitäten zur Erhöhung der Marktpräsenz und Steigerung des Absatzes.
  • Unterstützung des lokalen und überregionalen Vertriebsteams.
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte für das Vertriebsteam, einschließlich detaillierter Verkaufsberichte und Kundenupdates zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Vertriebsaktivitäten.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Tourismusbranche.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb innerhalb der gehobenen internationalen Hotellerie.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kundenkontakte und Marktkenntnisse, insbesondere in Deutschland.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen.
