Deine Rolle

Als Team Lead bei SISTRIX übernimmst du eine wichtige Führungsposition im Vertrieb. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, um unsere SEO-Software erfolgreich auf dem Markt zu platzieren.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Feedback an Sales Manager geben, um ihre Vertriebsstrategien zu optimieren
  • Interne Schulungen und Saleskampagnen entwickeln, die auf die Bedürfnisse des spanischen Marktes abgestimmt sind
  • Dem Head of International Sales Berichte erstellen und Einblicke in die Teamleistung geben
  • Demo-Calls mit potenziellen Kunden durchführen, um dein Produktwissen und Verkaufsstrategien auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
  • Mindestens einmal pro Quartal nach Spanien reisen, um dich mit den Sales Manager:innen zu treffen und bei Bedarf an Konferenzen und anderen relevanten Events teilzunehmen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Outbound Sales/Business Development
  • Mit mindestens einem Jahr Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Vertriebsteams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen mit den Bedürfnissen des spanischen Marktes
  • Spanisch auf Muttersprachlerniveau und Englisch fließend (B2)
