About IC Resources

We are a leading company in electrical measurement, servicing the automotive, energy, and mobility industries. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as the EMEA Head of Distribution/Channel Manager.

About the Role

This is a key position that will shape, lead, and grow the European Distribution market with our partners. As the EMEA Head of Distribution, you will be responsible for driving the channel partners to increase market share, developing and growing the existing Distribution team, and ensuring close cooperation with the FAE team to fill in the design funnel with maximum conversion rate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the channel partners to increase market share through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and grow the existing Distribution team by providing training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ensure close cooperation with the FAE team to optimize the design funnel and maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D, and Operations to align distribution strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure accurate road-mapping and strategic planning.
  • Deliver or oversee internal and external technical trainings to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are up-to-date.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Distribution (manufacturer) function with a proven track record of success.
  • Team leadership experience, preferably with remote people management.
  • Previous experience in Power Electronics or semiconductors is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, with German (and other European languages) being a plus.
