About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our project team at Swisslog. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects under the guidance of project managers.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Azure DevOps, to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members.
  • Support the organization of project-related documentation and ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Participate in team meetings, take notes of the sessions, and assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Analyze data to support project planning and traceability.
  • Maintain a self-organized schedule to balance academic commitments with work responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Available to work a certain number of hours per week.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt.
