In der Rolle als (Junior) ERP Solutions Consultant (w/m/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Beratung unserer Klienten bei der Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsabläufe und deren Integration in SAP- oder Microsoft-Systeme. Du unterstützt Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Sektoren bei der Verbesserung, Vereinheitlichung und Konsolidierung ihrer Abläufe, sowohl im Finanzbereich als auch in der operativen Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben
Wenn Du ein Interesse an einem breiten Spektrum an Kunden hast und Deine IT-Kenntnisse sowie Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten in interdisziplinären, agilen Teams einbringen möchtest, dann sind dies Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team bietest Du umfassende Beratung bei der fachlichen Planung von Microsoft-Dynamics- oder S/4-HANA-Lösungen an.
  • In den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling, Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb gestaltest Du die zukünftige Organisation und die End-to-End-Prozesse.
  • Als fachlicher Ansprechpartner unterstützt Du bei der Implementierung von S/4-HANA- oder Microsoft-ERP-Systemen.
  • Hierzu gehören auch die Prozessoptimierung und -gestaltung, deren Abbildung im System sowie das Erstellen von Testszenarien.
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt Du im Projektmanagement bei der Durchführung komplexer Transformationsprojekte.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • Du verfügst über Prozesskenntnisse und hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere mit Microsoft oder den SAP-Modulen FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP, SCM, MDG oder PM. Kenntnisse in den Modulen DRC, Tax Compliance, CML/Complex Loans, FPSL, FSDP oder PaPM sind ebenfalls von Interesse.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4 oder Microsoft Dynamics in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling, Logistik, Produktion, Vertrieb und Projektmanagement gesammelt.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau und Englisch auf B2-Niveau.
  • Reisebereitschaft ist für Dich selbstverständlich, um unsere Klienten auch vor Ort zu unterstützen.
