Business Analyst TUI Flight Fulfillment (f/m/d)
Flexible work arrangements Hybrid working model Permanent position Full-time employment Working hours: 38.5 - 40 hours per weekWe are seeking a Business Analyst TUI Flight Fulfillment (f/m/d) to join our IT team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver Flight Fulfillment Services from initial concept to deployment, operating across various global markets. Clearly articulate, document, and convey business, user, and system requirements to facilitate the implementation of enhancements to our digital platforms. Evaluate solution alternatives, considering both business needs and technical feasibility for implementation. Leverage your comprehensive understanding of systems and processes to support ongoing growth and digital transformation in key markets. Manage the requirements lifecycle from planning through elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance. Work closely with the Business Product Owner and Technology Lead to prioritize and manage complex tasks that arise.CANDIDATE PROFILE
A degree in (business) informatics or relevant professional experience in a technical setting. Strong analytical capabilities to quickly grasp complex issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with requirements elicitation methods, commercial and technical process modeling, and test/use case documentation. Proficient in communication techniques, with experience or willingness to facilitate workshops. Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements, particularly data and business rules. Knowledge in crafting user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria/scenarios. Familiarity with project management tools, agile delivery methods (Jira, Confluence), and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban). Professional experience related to post-booking processes in the air travel sector, with knowledge of systems such as New Skies, Amadeus, and Farelogix, as well as familiarity with NDC and NDC-X data formats. Understanding of data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and API technologies (REST, SOAP, Postman). Familiarity with database queries (SQL), microservice architecture, and AWS services.OUR OFFER
