Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader for our Community Nutrition department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical and organizational aspects of kitchen operations
  • Implement the company's philosophy in your area of responsibility
  • Lead a team within the food distribution center
  • Prepare and portion food
  • Wash dishes
  • Organize food and dishes
  • Clean food transport vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with the HACCP concept

Requirements

  • Experience in community nutrition and team leadership
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills and high level of engagement
  • Ability to remain composed in stressful situations
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of food regulations and hygiene standards according to HACCP
