We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our Business Development & Sales department at s.m.s, smart microwave sensors GmbH. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the entire customer support process from initial contact to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with the support team to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in international trade fairs and conferences to promote our products and services
Requirements
  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in technical sales or key account management
  • Strong sales personality with negotiating skills and a high level of customer orientation
  • Proficient in ERP and CRM software
  • Business fluent in German and English, with an additional foreign language a plus
