Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Oversee our second-level support operations
  • Provide written and telephonic assistance to our clients and applications
  • Analyze, classify, and address customer inquiries and issues within our software solutions in close collaboration with our subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain support documentation
  • Administer and update software and system configurations
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with external service providers and suppliers
  • Generate meaningful metrics and automated reports
Qualifications
  • You possess a qualification in the IT field or relevant professional experience in technical customer support
  • You can explain technically complex issues to our end-users in simple terms
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in supporting technical software solutions
  • A responsible and independent approach combined with analytical skills and quick comprehension enables you to swiftly identify technical problems and direct them to the appropriate solutions
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written (B2 level), completes your profile
