About the Role

Frequentis Comsoft GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Logistics Support Manager to join our team in Karlsruhe. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for implementing logistical requirements for our system realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that logistical requirements are considered in all project phases
• Assume responsibility for ILS activities according to German and international standards during project realization
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and project managers regarding logistical issues
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure project solution availability
• Collaborate with the customer to specify logistical requirements in the project design
• Coordinate with the ILS organization at the Vienna headquarters

Requirements

• Completed technical studies, such as computer science, communications engineering, or network technology
• Excellent knowledge of German and English is essential
• Military training or experience working with the German Armed Forces is desirable
• At least 2 years of professional experience in ILS management
• Independent and results-driven work approach
• Experience leading project teams is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 30% required
• Existing security clearance or willingness to undergo it
