Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a proficient Maintenance Technician to enhance our operations at Köhler Automobiltechnik GmbH. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in diagnosing and servicing intricate machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform independent diagnostics and resolve issues in machinery encompassing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Execute functional testing and commissioning post-repair in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Assist in the construction and refurbishment of production facilities.
  • Install electrical control cabinets and associated components.
  • Proactively develop and schedule maintenance plans, including preventive maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician.
  • Experience in a comparable manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Familiarity with measurement, control, and regulation technologies.
  • Proficient in programming and troubleshooting Siemens controllers.
  • Basic understanding of industrial robotics is preferred.
  • Competency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
