Job Summary

TVape is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international and domestic shipments to meet customer expectations
  • Prepare accurate and compliant Customs Declarations
  • Pack and ship goods quickly and efficiently, meeting productivity standards
  • Stock new inventory and update inventory management system in a timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in packing and shipping, preferably in a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet productivity standards
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require constant lifting
  • Bilingual in English and German
