Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, uphold, and synchronize global procurement policies, protocols, and tools.
- Drive, support, and oversee the global adoption of procurement best practices, including training initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate significant procurement projects and activities.
- Foster a data-centric culture, ensuring access to current, integrated, and consistent procurement information.
- Guarantee adherence to procurement regulations and procedures.
- Engage in national and international travel as required.
Qualifications:
- A procurement expert with over 5 years of experience in consulting or international matrix organizations, demonstrating strengths in crafting and executing effective structures, processes, and contemporary procurement tools on a global scale.
- Proficient in managing processes related to source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services.
- A service-oriented professional capable of providing strategic insights and practical contributions to achieve objectives.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language such as German or French preferred.
- Solid understanding of SAP-MM and MS-Office.
