Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Als Werkstudent im Bereich Service Design bei 1&1 Versatel unterstützen Sie unsere Teams bei der Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen für unsere Kunden. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Service-Design-Konzepten für unsere Voice- und Data-Dienste
  • Die Mitarbeit im Projektmanagement, einschließlich der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen
  • Die Bearbeitung von Datenanalysen, um unsere Produkte und Dienste zu verbessern
  • Die Übernahme der Prozessdokumentation, um unsere Prozesse transparent und effizient zu halten
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigen Sie:

  • Einschreibung in einem Studiengang, z.B. Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Wochenarbeitszeit bis zu 20 Stunden in Vorlesungszeit, in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit auch gerne bis zu 40 Stunden möglich
  • Interesse an Cloud Communication und Telekommunikation/IT-Netzen von Vorteil
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Telekommunikation und IT wünschenswert
  • Sichere und praxiserprobte MS Office-Kenntnisse und idealerweise sicherer Umgang mit cloudbasierten Tools wie Confluence, Slack oder ähnlichem
  • Organisationsstärke und selbstständige sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem tatkräftigen Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B1)
