Postdoctoral Researcher in Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our interdisciplinary team at the Department of Neurology, Universitätsklinikum Münster. The successful candidate will work on developing and applying single-cell/nuclei and spatial transcriptomics technologies to study nervous system-associated border neuroimmunology.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and apply single-cell/nuclei and spatial transcriptomics technologies to study neuro-immunological diseases
- Organize the processing and sequencing of samples from multiple sources
- Collaborate with our international team to advance our understanding of neuro-immunological diseases
- Doctoral degree in biology or a related scientific discipline
- Organized working style and willingness to work independently, but also a team player
- Experience in single-cell/nuclei or spatial transcriptomics is highly preferable
- Experience in wet-lab immunological techniques (e.g., flow cytometry) is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory
- German speaking skills are not required
