Your Role:

  • You will take ownership of our clinical and applicative insights regarding cranial tumor procedures, keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in both clinical settings and the industry.
  • Your responsibilities include proposing and assessing innovative offerings aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes or improving workflows related to cranial tumors. In this capacity, you will influence the future direction of our cranial tumor solutions.
  • As the primary representative for Zeiss, you will provide a comprehensive perspective on the workflow associated with cranial tumor procedures.
  • You will contribute significant value by actively promoting the workflow concept in product development initiatives, early-stage innovation projects, and clinical or medical research studies.
  • Establishing and nurturing a close relationship with customers in the cranial tumor clinical landscape will be a key part of your role.
  • You will ensure seamless collaboration with all sectors of the SBU and pertinent MED or ZEISS divisions.

Your Profile:

  • A university degree in medicine, natural sciences, or engineering, complemented by a business administration qualification (MBA) or PhD is preferred.
  • You should possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the medical sector or a clinical environment.
  • Specific expertise in neurosurgery, particularly concerning cranial tumor interventions, is highly advantageous.
  • Commercial acumen within the relevant medical market is essential.
  • Fluency in English, along with strong intercultural negotiation capabilities, is required.
  • Demonstrated project and product management proficiency is necessary.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and customer focus is expected.
