Contribute to the success of our Human Resources team

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student assistant to support our Human Resources department in Munich. As a Werkstudent im Bereich Personal, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including personal administration, data entry, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with operational HR tasks, including personnel administration and general administrative duties.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing activities for our university partnerships.
  • Contribute to the creation of employment branding materials and campaigns.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance tasks, both manually and electronically.
  • Support projects related to employer branding, marketing, organization, and personnel development.

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a business or social science program with a focus on human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a creative approach.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a talent for organization and social competence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Outlook and Word.
