- Übernehmen Sie die Analyse, Gestaltung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen.
- Analysieren Sie komplexe Datenstrukturen zur Identifizierung von Schwachstellen, Mustern und Trends.
- Treiben Sie die Entwicklung und Etablierung von standardisierten Prozessen zur Anforderungsanalyse, Spezifikation und Qualitätssicherung von BI-Lösungen voran.
- Erarbeiten Sie Anforderungsspezifikationen und Konzepte zur Umsetzung von BI-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und dem BI Team.
- Verantworten Sie die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von BI-Projekten, einschließlich Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement.
- Schulen und Unterstützen Sie unsere Anwender im Umgang mit den BI-Lösungen und fördern das Verständnis für BI-Konzepte und -Tools.
- Nehmen Sie aktiv an der Evaluierung neuer BI-Technologien sowie deren Integration in die bestehende IT-Landschaft teil.

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik-, oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie haben einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse und Datenanalyse, idealerweise in einer operativen Rolle.
- Sie besitzen analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
- Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Expertise in der Arbeit mit gängigen BI-Tools (z.B. MS Power BI oder Qlik Sense), einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Excel, sowie mit Notationen wie UML, BPMN, etc. zur Modellierung und Beschreibung von Geschäftsprozessen mit.
- Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
