Your Role
  • Sales Operations: You will support the sales team in crafting proposals and managing client interactions throughout the sales process. This involves collaborating with Product Management and R&D to ensure effective communication within the team. You will assist our sales team in organizing client visits and business travel while working closely with our Marketing and Finance departments.
  • Client Account Oversight: You will oversee account activities and order fulfillment managed by our Customer Service team. You will handle escalations and be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for your designated accounts. For smaller accounts, you will also take on commercial responsibilities for upselling and expanding our business.
  • Sales Reporting: You will create and analyze sales reports to provide insights into account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Process Optimization: You will identify areas for enhancement in sales processes and contribute to the development of best practices alongside our Customer Excellence team.
Essential Qualifications
  • A degree in economics/business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A high level of organizational skills, dependability, initiative, teamwork, and a strong service mentality with a commitment to quality.
  • A structured approach to work, quick comprehension of complex issues, and strong communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales is highly desirable.
