Key Responsibilities:- Preparing medical instruments and devices for sterilisation
- Cleaning, inspecting, and packaging medical instruments and sterilised goods
- Operating equipment in the medical device sterilisation unit
- Labelling, documenting, and releasing sterilised goods using an electronic system
- Commissioning sterilised goods and handling any potential complaints
- Transporting and storing sterilised goods
- Ensuring adherence to quality management processes
- Long-term employment with opportunities for professional development
- Completed training as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant (m/f/d) with a qualification or equivalent training in a medical field
- High level of responsibility
- Friendly demeanor, team-oriented work style, and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Targeted onboarding, guidance, and support
