Business Systems Analyst

Munich Re is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business processes and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget.
- Ensure requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate plan, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support users' participation in deployments and implementation activities.
- Provide traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests.
- Assist with business testing preparation and execution.
- Create appropriate product documentation.
- Several years of business analysis or related experience, ideally within IT or data-related projects.
- Preferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support.
- Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures.
- History of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
