Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive evidence-based decision-making and optimize workforce management.
- Establish a comprehensive data and reporting system to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption of people analytics across the organization and cultivate a data-driven mindset.
- Implement a strategic workforce planning system to optimize resource allocation and forecast workforce demand and supply scenarios.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current social and people-related sustainability practices and define a roadmap to close existing gaps.
Your Ideal Profile:
- University degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
