About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Avalando Facility Management GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained, including regular cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of our grounds, including landscaping, gardening, and snow removal.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of events and meetings, including setup, cleanup, and logistics.
  • Emergency Response: Be available to respond to emergency situations outside of regular working hours.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or first aid, is an asset.
