Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at syncreon America Inc. in Niederaula. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Unload and load vehicles while ensuring the secure loading of goods
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, and verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse
- Support the receipt and processing of returns, and assist with the removal of palletized goods from the grading area
- Prepare goods for shipment, and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments or inventory
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure the accuracy of our inventory records
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as required
- A degree or certification in logistics or a related field is an asset
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is required
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is required
- Fluency in German is required, with English language skills an asset
