About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Peter Park. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our backend infrastructure and contributing to the development of our cloud-based parking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend services using Python and the Flask Web Framework
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our microservices architecture on AWS
  • Ensure data persistence using PostgresSQL and AWS S3
  • Provision infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
  • Contribute to the development of our backend operation system for car parking
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably with Python, C++, or related languages
  • Experience in developing larger projects, preferably B2B or SaaS products
  • Deep knowledge of Python and experience with popular frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data persistence
  • Excellent written and spoken English (level C1)
