Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete invoicing process
  • Coordinate the dunning process in collaboration with partners
  • Prepare files and ensure compliance with necessary requirements
  • Provide regular updates on outstanding items, potential billing opportunities, and newly created files
  • Transfer time entries and manage write-offs
  • Track incoming payments
  • Review, categorize, and record expenses for invoicing
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Generate financial reports and respond to ad-hoc requests
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training
  • Additional qualifications in financial accounting are a plus
  • Experience in accounts receivable management
  • Strong communication skills across all levels and with clients
  • Proficient in German
  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with the DATEV accounting system is advantageous
  • Strong numerical aptitude and discretion
  • Structured, reliable, and professional work ethic
  • Willingness to embrace new processes and systems
