We are currently looking for a
Digital Technology Specialist (f/m/d)
As part of our dynamic IT team, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our existing OCR solution from TUNGSTEN / KOFAX. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing new features to automate various business processes, allowing you to shape the role according to your strengths and contribute to advancing our OCR capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management & Architecture: Maintain and enhance our OCR solution from TUNGSTEN (KOFAX) within the Capture and Transformation modules.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Testing & Documentation: Engage in coding, debugging, testing, and creating technical documentation to ensure clarity and quality.
- Task Coordination: Estimate, assign, and monitor tasks within the technical team to ensure timely project completion.
- Support & Change Request Development: Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and develop change requests based on user feedback.
- Project Coordination: Streamline business requirements into actionable projects and implement them independently within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A university degree in a technical or business field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Proven experience with Kofax or similar OCR software. Familiarity with the Capture, Transformation, and Import Connector modules is advantageous. Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions across various business functions is essential.
- Business Process Understanding: Basic knowledge of relevant business processes.
- Interpersonal Skills: A strong willingness to work in a collaborative virtual environment, effective stakeholder interaction, and excellent English proficiency; German language skills are a plus.
