WeCreate is a leading and award-winning agency specializing in 9:16 marketing, focusing on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. We collaborate with some of the most influential creators in the DACH region and are pioneers in the Creator Economy.

Your Role:
  • As one of the initial team members, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of a new digital product within the Creator Economy.
  • You will work closely with Product Owners and Development teams in an agile environment, contributing to cross-functional collaboration.
  • From product vision and brand strategy, you will derive a Corporate Design that brings the product promise and brand to life.
  • You will establish a product-specific design system, taking into account various frontend toolkits and design libraries.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing information structures and processes (such as sitemaps and user flows) as well as creating design solutions (including wireframes and prototypes) for web and app applications.
  • You will assist the Product Owner in conducting and analyzing research and testing (including A/B testing, interviews, and surveys).
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in designing and developing digital products (web and app), preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in common design tools (Figma, Adobe CC).
  • Strong empathy for users, always considering their perspective.
  • Ability to step back and critically assess whether solutions are effective while keeping the end goal in sight.
  • A self-driven approach to finding pragmatic and efficient solutions.
  • A foundational understanding of frontend development.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
