The Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our account management team. You will be responsible for leading a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and driving high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in SaaS sales and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
