Key Responsibilities- Establish and oversee company and group financial controlling
- Manage cash flow forecasting
- Oversee construction expenditure
- Evaluate costs and budgets for significant projects
- Assess project metrics, compare actual performance against forecasts, and devise cost-reduction strategies
- Process incoming and outgoing financial documents
- Conduct specialized analyses, generate reports, and perform ad-hoc evaluations
- Serve as the primary contact for all financial reporting and accounting inquiries
- Collaborate closely with management, internal teams, and external partners (financial institutions, tax consultants, auditors)
- Opportunity to lead the accounting department and advance to a managerial role
- Degree in finance or business administration
- Proficient in German
- Experience in the construction and real estate sectors is advantageous
- Skilled in Excel, MS Office, DATEV, and related software
