Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Ergobaby Europe GmbH. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, including content creation, market research, social media management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for our French and Dutch-speaking markets, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and consumer preferences in the French and Dutch markets.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating compelling content and engaging with our community.
  • Campaign Support: Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch (native or near-native level).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing or related internships is a plus.
