Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Financing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on mortgage financing options, insurance, and consumer loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear and comprehensive advice to customers on mortgage financing options, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and solutions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a financial advisor, with expertise under the Mortgage Credit Directive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage financing products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
