Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als Application Support Engineer sind Sie der technische Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und unsere Produkte.
  • Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Unternehmen und arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing und Customer Service zusammen.
  • Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit ist die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produkte durch die Weiterentwicklung von Tests und Workflows.
  • Regelmäßige Einarbeitung und Nutzung neuer Technologien und Applikationen sind ebenfalls ein wichtiger Teil Ihrer Arbeit.
Ihr Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterqualifikation zum Techniker in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder Elektrotechnik ist erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse in strukturierter Problemanalyse und Erfahrungen in einer Programmier- oder Skriptsprache sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
  • Ein C1-Sprachniveau in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch sind erforderlich.
