Merchandise Planner (m/f/d)
In this pivotal position, you will significantly influence the alignment of supply and demand for our premium products, thereby enhancing our brand's presence in the market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Deliver comprehensive insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and communicate business outcomes to essential stakeholders.
    • Analyze data insights and convert them into strategic actions.
    • Establish and oversee inventory reduction strategies at the individual style level.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Formulate and execute investment and divestment strategies across various product categories to achieve financial objectives.
    • Generate forecasts through detailed planning to influence assortment strategies in collaboration with merchandising teams.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Manage stock-sales strategies for key partners and assess risks or opportunities based on analytical data.
    • Oversee and enhance in-season business performance and reporting for key partners.
Your Qualifications
  • University degree in (Economic) Mathematics or Business with a concentration in Supply Chain, Sales, Data Science, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in planning, merchandising, sales, controlling, or analytics, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial, product, and supply chain planning.
  • Proficient in Excel, with a preference for experience in Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Self-driven, organized, and a collaborative team player.
