Consultant in Product Innovation

At KI Group, we are seeking a Product Strategy Consultant to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the vision and strategy for our products, manage the product roadmap, and drive the execution of the development process.
Your collaboration with the engineering team will be crucial to ensure our products are of the highest quality and align with customer needs. Additionally, you will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, effectively communicating these to the engineering team.
ResponsibilitiesYour role in our success:
- Lead product management initiatives, crafting product visions and strategies with an emphasis on digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative customer products and services.
- As a Product Manager, establish and prioritize product requirements (epics, features, user stories) while engaging stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure products are user-friendly and intuitive.
- Oversee scrum teams, setting clear expectations for product releases and managing backlog priorities.
- Develop and monitor OKRs and KPIs to evaluate product success.
- Align the product backlog with overarching business objectives in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
What you bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 2 years of experience in product management, software development, or a technical capacity.
- A proven history of successful product launches.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German (C1) and English (C1).
