Your Responsibilities:

• Professional management of your skilled team
• Organizing personnel assignments based on workload, skill sets, and location
• Independently overseeing the complete operational process of the craft service, including staff deployment, supply of materials, and client interaction
• Serving as a point of contact between our store, clients, and your team during order fulfillment
• Evaluating your team's workload in line with our productivity and quality standards
• Assisting your team in their daily tasks at client locations

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training as a floor layer, interior designer, carpenter, or painter
• Valid driver's license Class B
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous
• Friendly attitude and a self-sufficient, organized work style
• Proficient in the MS Office suite
• Practical approach to tasks
