Your Role

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations. You will actively seek out new and existing customers and present our service portfolio. You will identify the personnel needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our candidates. You will create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations. You will win and manage our project team members and have disciplinary leadership responsibility. You will actively contribute to the strategy and implementation of our regional company goals.

The Next Level

No cold start: You will receive 2 days of welcome days and numerous individual training sessions, coaching, and e-learning from our ABLEacademy. No one-man show: You will have a mentor and support from a back office team. No capped success: You will receive an uncapped success bonus, 30 vacation days, vacation pay, and shopping discounts.
