Position Overview
Aircraft Systems Integration Specialist
We invite you to join our team as an Aircraft Systems Integration Specialist, where you will play a vital role in the integration of aircraft systems to fulfill comprehensive aircraft-level requirements. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure the successful deployment of our electric air taxis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Human Factors protocols to improve pilot-vehicle interactions
- Develop Human Factors specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee change request management processes
- Support configuration management efforts
- Engage in type certification processes
- Facilitate system implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Professional experience in human factors or ergonomics engineering
- Familiarity with human factors standards
- Experience with high-reliability systems
- Understanding of aircraft systems
- Quality management expertise
- Background in aerospace Human Factors
