Praktikum im Bereich Entwicklung mechanischer Fertigungstechnologien

Stellenbeschreibung
  • Während Ihres Praktikums führen Sie Prozessuntersuchungen durch, wie zum Beispiel für Einpress- oder Verstemmprozesse im Bereich Benzindirekteinspritzung oder der neuen Bremssysteme.
  • Sie bearbeiten und erstellen selbstständig Versuchspläne, führen Versuche durch und werten sie statistisch aus. Auch das Erstellen eines Versuchsberichts aus den Ergebnissen des Versuchs fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
  • Werden Sie Teil des Teams und begutachten, beschriften und vermessen Sie gemeinsam mit uns Versuchsteile und lernen so den sensiblen Umgang mit diesen.
  • Sie lernen die Einflussfaktoren bei unseren Prozessen kennen und stehen uns hilfreich zur Seite, indem Sie mit CAD zeichnen oder Handskizzen für die Anfertigung von Versuchswerkzeugen machen.
  • Des Weiteren arbeiten Sie eng mit unserer Werkstatt, der Entwicklung, der Fertigung sowie dem Muster- und Anlagenbau zusammen und lernen, wie wir uns im SE-Team abstimmen.
  • Nicht zuletzt unterstützen Sie uns bei der Entwicklung neuer, am Markt nicht erhältlicher Fertigungstechnologien oder deren Optimierung und helfen uns bei der Sicherung unseres Wettbewerbsvorsprungs.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: selbstständige, flexibele, eigeninitiative und zielorientierte Person
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
