Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the pet food segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and drive business objectives.
- Develop and execute key account plans to ensure sustainable growth and alignment with business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in the pet food industry as a Key Account Manager with international customers.
- Experience with setting up large multi-year sales strategies and contracts.
- BSc or MSc degree in business administration/economics or similar studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and focus on results and commercial relations.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Able and willing to travel to tailor the needs of our international customer base.
- A fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment with a passionate and inspiring team.
