About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team at Protix B.V. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic relationships with key accounts in the pet food industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the pet food segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and drive business objectives.
  • Develop and execute key account plans to ensure sustainable growth and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the pet food industry as a Key Account Manager with international customers.
  • Experience with setting up large multi-year sales strategies and contracts.
  • BSc or MSc degree in business administration/economics or similar studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and focus on results and commercial relations.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Able and willing to travel to tailor the needs of our international customer base.
