As a Marketing and Communications Assistant, you will play a key role in our mission to revolutionize warehouse robotics. Your responsibilities will include:

Event Coordination
  • Partner with our event manager and global marketing specialist to organize events that showcase our innovative solutions.
SEO and Website Management
  • Optimize our website by updating images, adding FAQs, creating redirects, and checking for broken links.
  • Help maintain our local website (WordPress).
Content Creation and Social Media
  • Develop compelling content for social media to document our office move and enhance employer branding.
  • Draft and upload engaging social media posts, manage community interactions, and track follower growth.
  • Support our creative content lead.
Public Relations and Marketing Support
  • Update the weekly Exotec newsletter with the latest global news and clippings.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as merchandise, whitepapers, flyers, and ads.
  • Support our PR & communication lead.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student with at least 1 year of university experience, preferably in Media- and Communication management, Communication, Business psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Available to start in January 2025 or later for a full-time 4-6 month internship or a 1 year working student contract.
  • Location: Our office is based in Landshut and will move near Munich Airport on January 1st 2025. We offer hybrid work with a mix of HomeOffice and Office.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with AI and new technologies.
  • Experience with MS Office and Photoshop required.
