About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Germany. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of financial projects and process improvements, with a focus on change management.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, build, and upgrade established financial models, including non-standard analyses with limited complexity.
- Conduct self-directed ad hoc analysis into drivers of variance.
- Apply the Authority Matrix to ensure control environment followed, with some authority within it.
- Develop relational connections with specific teams and wider groups of stakeholders.
- Provide input for defined scope, under limited guidance, with certain levels of supervision.
- Help understand P&L results when broken down into areas of concern.
- Participate in clearly defined tasks with a participant role.
Our Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Finance or analytical experience: minimum 3-4 years in a financial or analytical-related position, preferably in complex multinational businesses.
- Experience of presenting at senior management level.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills, SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Able to settle priorities with strong Drive for Results.
- Critical thinker, anticipate & provide scenarios for different problems.
- Relationship builder, excellent communicator and organizer.
- Able to work with remote management and in a matrix organization.
- Languages: fluent English is a must, German is a nice to have.
